Hewn and Carved Stone

Al-Nabulsi’s Dream Interpretations: Building in a dream with hewn stone instead of tiles and bricks signifies honor, fortune, attaining safety from fear through long desire, protected wives, and persons whose companionship is required of him, such as scholars, doctors, interpreters, and astrologers.

Seeing bricks and tiles instead of hewn stone in a dream signifies humiliation, the loss of rank, the changing of wives, or the death of the owner of the building.

Likewise, building in a dream by placing tiles and bricks in the place of mud bricks signifies exaltation and sustenance. Seeing stone placed at a doorway threshold and at the foot of a staircase, where marble ought to have been used, signifies poverty and humiliation. The interpretation is likewise the same for seeing ordinary stone in pillars and foundations made of marble.

Building in a dream with hewn stone instead of tiles and bricks is interpreted as honor, fortune, safety from fear, and persons whose companionship is required of him, such as scholars, doctors, interpreters, and astrologers.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of home and environment, work and responsibility, success and reputation, spiritual signs, the emotional tone in the dream and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
