Falling on One’s Face

In a dream, falling on one’s face signifies being among those who suffer loss in this world and the Hereafter, and falling into misguidance. (This is a warning dream; one should seek help from Allah (SWT) through repentance and supplication.)

Nabulsi’s Dream Interpretations: In a dream, falling on one’s face signifies that the dreamer will abandon the straight path and fall into misguidance, in accordance with the meaning of the verse: “And whoever comes with an evil deed, their faces shall be thrust into the Fire” (Surah al-Naml, verse 90).

Seeing oneself fall on one’s face is interpreted as illnesses of the abdomen. If the one who sees the dream is a woman, she turns away from her husband and seeks means of fleeing from him.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
