Testicles

Testicles are the place of pleasure and where hair grows. Seeing them indicates a husband and wife, two children and two crafts, or two doorkeepers. At times, this dream indicates two money-purses or guardians who are sound in the two balances of possessions.

Whoever sees in a dream that his testicles have been cut off, or that something he considers evil and dislikes has befallen them, his enemies will prevail over him to the extent of that which has befallen them. Some interpreters, however, have said: “The one who sees this will not have a daughter, but will have a male child.” Others say: “He will come into property obtained as blood money.”

Whoever sees in a dream that his testicles are large, or that he possesses a strength exceeding his own power, will be under protection in every matter, and his enemies will not be able to devise an evil plot against him. Some have said that he will have many daughters. Whoever sees his testicles in the hands of his enemies, his enemies will prevail over him and triumph in that proportion. The testicles indicate two sisters, two daughters, two wives, or female relatives such as a mother and an aunt.

To see in a dream that something has arisen in the testicles means that the same thing will arise in them in reality. Whoever sees that his testicles have been cut off—if he has two sick persons in his household, both of them will die. If he has two wives, both of them will die, or he will separate from them. This dream also indicates property. To see both testicles cut off is interpreted as two thousand, or two hundred, or two thousand taken from him. If nothing of this kind has been taken from him, his progeny will be cut off, his sustenance will become restricted, and the blessings of Allah will be severed from that person.

Whoever sees in a dream that the egg on the left side of his testicles has been removed, his child will die and he will have no more children. For children are formed from the left eggs. Whoever sees that he has willingly donated the left egg and that it has been removed will have a child devoid of good, and the child will be ascribed to someone other than him.

Whoever sees in a dream that his testicles have grown larger will come into possession of property and will give that property to his enemies. At times, something will depart from the owner of the dream. The testicles also indicate labor and movement. The testicle is also interpreted as a person’s pajamas and pillow. If a woman sees that she possesses testicles, she will give birth to twins. Whoever sees that he has no testicles, or that they have been cut off, will become afflicted with the disease of the lion and the fox. At times, he will divorce his wife, sell his slave-concubine, or lose his child. Or his saddlebag or purse will be robbed and his property will be taken. If his profession is concerned with measuring and weighing, his affairs will come to a standstill. If he is married, his wife’s guardians and relatives will disappear. Sometimes, the rank of the one who sees this dream will also be lowered.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of emotional life, work and responsibility, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
