To see bullying in a dream; if it is carried out within the household, it signifies that the happiness of family life will be somewhat impaired and that the family will be affected by this condition. If the bullying is carried out in the workplace, it means that the expected benefit will not be obtained from the work and that one will fall into some financial difficulty.

To see in a dream that someone is bullying you is a sign that you will be slandered in an unexpected manner by the person whom you saw as a bully. If you are bullying people, it indicates that your affairs will go awry and that your life will be turned upside down. However, the exact opposite of this applies to the person whom you have bullied. This dream signifies that the one subjected to bullying will attain abundance and prosperity.

If the person whom you bullied in your dream is one of your family elders, it is a sign that you should receive their blessing and spend somewhat more time with them. Do not forget that their benevolent prayers open all doors.

To see in a dream the oppression and bullying inflicted upon people in an ancient time is interpreted as meaning that the affairs of the persons of high station who perpetrated the bullying, and the affairs of whatever place was seen therein, will go awry; everyone’s affairs will deteriorate, or their workplaces will reach the point of being closed because of losses.

To see that, although someone bullied you in your dream, you overcame that person’s bullying is an indication that you will rise in rank before Allah and that you will aid those who have fallen into difficulty. If the creature whom you bullied is a living being, it is related that you will assist a person in need.

Ibn Sîrîn: To oppress or terrorize others in a dream denotes mental illness, depression, psychological weakness, or deeds that will bring their perpetrator nearer to the Fire of Hell. To frighten others indicates a person’s own loss and humiliation. To terrorize people is also interpreted as poverty, loss of employment, severe illness, or gains turning into losses.

Ibn Sîrîn: To see oneself as a bully in a dream indicates that one’s desires and passions are uncontrollable, that one has strayed from the straight path, and that one’s transgression is leading one into sin. In such a case, the person may be counted among the people of Hell.

With the right perspective, it can signify restoring balance, recovery, and developing a new understanding.

Uncertainty, indecision, or a tendency to take on excessive burden may be observed.
