Digging Up and Bringing Out

In a dream, digging up the ground and bringing something out signifies that the affairs and judgments of those who possess authority over matters will be valid. However, if he digs up the ground and brings out something to be eaten, it signifies that he will misuse what Almighty Allah has made known to him and the wealth He has bestowed upon him. If he sees that he has opened the grave of a deceased person whom he knows and brought something out of it, and if the deceased was a scholar or a wealthy person, it signifies that he will seek the profession in which that deceased person was engaged in the world, and that he will attain of it in proportion to the amount of what he brought out.

In a dream, opening a grave and stripping off the shroud signifies seeking, by digging up the earth, ancient artifacts and hidden things whose images and traces have disappeared and which have remained buried beneath the soil. If a person digs up the grave of a scholar and jurisprudent and brings something out of it, it signifies that he will derive a legal matter according to the school of that scholar, or that he will revive and bring forth forgotten things from his knowledge. The interpretation is likewise if he digs up and opens the grave of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). However, if, upon opening the grave of our Prophet, he encounters or touches decayed bones and scattered limbs, or breaks one of his blessed bones, it signifies that he will abandon the good deed he has been performing and commit an innovation.

If a person sees our Prophet, dead, in his noble grave in a dream, and something beautiful emerges from it, he will attain his wish in proportion to that thing, by reason of reviving the Noble Sunnah and the Sacred Law of the Holy Prophet.

If a person who strips shrouds sees in a dream that he digs up the grave of an unbeliever or of one who possesses an innovation and removes his shroud, that person follows the path of the misguided. Or he becomes involved in unlawful wealth through deceit. If, upon opening their graves, he encounters a foul-smelling corpse, mud, or filth, it signifies that his condition is exceedingly corrupt.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
