Tobacco and Smoke

Seeing smoke in a dream signifies hardship and severity, and a punishment to come from Allah, the Exalted. Therefore, if a person sees in a dream smoke issuing from his own shop or house, he will attain goodness, low prices, and abundance in his livelihood after distress and hardship, fear, and straitness. If the smoke seen issues from the fire of a hearth in which meat is being cooked, it signifies the property and goodness that the dreamer will attain after distress and hardship, as well as low prices, abundance, abundant blessings, and relief.

What does it mean to see smoke in a dream: it signifies sorrow, grief, severity, oppression, or destruction and punishment from Allah, the Exalted, through famine and high prices. At times, smoke also signifies news that will come from the direction from which it issues.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, inner world and awareness, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
