Wounding / Being Wounded with a Knife

To see in a dream that you are carrying a knife upon you signifies danger that will come from the people around you.

To see in a dream that you have bought a knife signifies that you must pay greater attention to your affairs; and to see that you are cutting anything with a knife is interpreted as meaning that something you undertake or receive will come to no result.

To be wounded or to wound someone with a knife in a dream signifies that an unfinished matter will reach a favorable conclusion through the help of people from whom you did not expect it.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
