To see in a dream that you have leprosy on your body and that it has swollen signifies wealth and property. To see in a dream that one has contracted leprosy signifies receiving financial support from an unexpected source, attaining an inheritance, relief of the heart, and tranquillity.

According to another interpretation: If a person sees in his dream that he has contracted the disease of leprosy, this signifies that he has become distant from Allah on account of a sin he has committed, and that the reward of the righteous deeds he has performed has become null and void. To see in a dream that one has leprosy signifies the nullification of one’s deeds on account of audacity and rebellion against Allah Almighty.

It is interpreted that whoever sees in his dream that the disease of leprosy is spreading through his body will have his wealth increase or will acquire wealth by way of inheritance.

To see a small amount of leprosy in a dream signifies that you will encounter an ugly matter.

Ibn Sirin: To see leprosy in a dream signifies unlawful wealth or an evil reputation. At times, it is interpreted as being censured.
